Hi, As you have already mentioned, you have nodulocystic acne. Few isolated lesions respond well to intralesional steroid and intralesional antibiotic like lincomycin. Also oral isotretinoin being the drug of choice gives wonderful results. You need to consult a dermatologist as the above mentioned options requires doctor s supervision and guidance. As a general treatment option Use salicylic acid based face wash Apply clindamycin gel in morning and tretinoin gel in night Avoid oily greasy creams/ cosmetics and massages Avoid dairy products and food with height glycemic index like rice, refined flour, chip etc. Hope that helped.
