Have Pimple On Face. Applied Garlic. Found Red And Burning Face. How To Get Cure?

one of my frnd told me that pimple can be reduced after applying garlic or blened garlic on face..i appilied it yesterday for 5min..but after that my face becomes so bad.,,i feel that somthing is birning inside..when i washed my face its colour becomes red & black..i m feeling so muck ocward...even i coun t attent my classes only cause of my face..plz help me & give me solution

Hi, thanks for posting,

You seem to have developed irritant dermatitis due to application of garlic paste over your acne lesion, which has resulted in redness.

Apply a hydrocortisone cream twice a day for a few days .once the burning and redness is gone , you may apply medicated creams for acne like clindamycin , benzoyl peroxide combination .

If there is a black mark , then kojic cream can be applied

use a mild cleanser like cetaphil

apply non comedogenic sunscreen during the day

you may consult a dermatologist nearby for proper acne treatment according to the severity of acne
