Have Painful Arms. Took Arimidex. Neagtive For Rheumatism, Arthritis. What Can Be Done?

I took arimidex for 5 years, without any side effects, following breast cancer lumpectomy. Within 2 weeks I was hardly able do walk when getting out of bed. The pain migrated to my arms and shoulders. I have been tested for rheumatism related ailments and arthritis, as well as a bone scan for possible cancer recurrance. All have come up negative. I met a RN at oncology in Barrie Ontario and the answer was still the same as our pharmacist. I have no other medical problems that could cause this pain. I am starting my 7th month of pain and now my hands and forearms are numb.Is there anything to reverse this condition? Presently I am taking up to 6 acetaminophehen (500 mg) per day. It does not eradicate the pain but it allows me to manoeuvre to a certain degree. Would really appreciate some help. Thank you muchly! Pat (age 72)
