Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your age does match that of a woman who could probably start experiencing pre-menopausal symptoms. But for you to not have your period for the past 8 months does raise suspicion for a possible other cause. In such a scenario I would recommend a blood investigation to check on your hormone levels and an ultrasound examination of your abdomen and pelvis.

These investigations should help in finding the cause or at the least narrowing down the search to find the cause. Do request for them at your doctors.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
