Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Your wife has been diagnosed with migraine with aura

You can continue migranil or vasograin during acute attacks .It is contraindicated those with coronary heart disease.

She should be also put on migraine prophylactic drugs which reduce the attacks ,this includes flunnarzine, betablocker, and many

You should consult neurologist for the said planned medicines

Avoid sleep deprivation, fasting and going out in sunlight

Do yogas or neck relaxation exercises

Hope this will help you
