Have Lower Back, Pelvis, Ankle And Calf Muscle Pain. Weak And Tired. Low B12. Advice?

Hi,

From last few months, I have had lower back pains, pelvis pain (last 1 or so month), ankle pain and calf muscle pain. I have been feeling very weak and tired. I have been in lots of stress in last 1 year. I am 29 years old male, vegetarian. I had low vitamin b12 levels last year for which i took medicines to get to the right levels.

HI,

Thanks for the question.
Yes, vegeterian diet lacs vit. B12. so B12 supplimentation should be regular.
But the symptoms you have seem to be due to Calcium deficiency.Natural calcium in form of milk & milk products, Soya ,almonds, spinach, brocoli should be taken daily.
If serrum calcium is low, calcium supplimentation in injection form or tablet form along with vit.D should releave the pain. Ofcourse to start with painrelevents support has to be taken.
once the pain is over start exersicing.
