Have Large Hard Lumps On Head And Back. Not Moving But Hard To Touch. Problem?

My daughter has three large rock hard lumps on hear head two in the back and one on the top, they do not seem movable and are very hard, they occurred in the past couple of days. I realize the two in the back could be lympn node related but the one on top scares me. They are large about the size of a golf ball and the top third of one. Her Gyne had no idea and is sending her to an internist on Saturday
