Have Had Blood, Urine, Prostate And Kidney Test. What Are The Findings?

my age is 63 years(male). BP is 130/80, fasting blood suger 98, suger after 2 hours of breakfast 130, serum cretinine 1.6, blood urea 39, protine in 24 hour urine 626, prostate weight 22 cc. I have been taking Glisen-1 1/2 tablet before breakfast and Cilacar-20 1 tablet after breakfast Now my questions are---
(1) upto what percent my kidney is damaged?
(2) am I suffering from enlarged prostate gland?
(3) is there any threat of kidney problem, hipertention and enlarged prostate to me?

After going through your reports I will try to explain you according to your question.
1 Serum cretinine is 1-1.4 usually ( according to few this is 1.6 ), so in that sense your kidneys are safe , but upper limit .
2 No your prostate is not enlarged according to your age ( 63 years ) , normally 18 cc ( gm ) so no danger except mild degree.
3 However protein level ( passing in the urine )is somewhat high, so also urea high ( upper limit is 40 few claim 50 ), no hypertension .
In my opinion routine & periodical examination after every 6 month is important as you are a border line case of enlarged prostate, kidney ailment .
Plenty of fluid , restriction of salts, low protein diet, help you.
