General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

First of all, please do not panic or stress. Such presentations can occur in young sexually inactive women as well due to either simple infections (not necessarily related to hygiene) or even conditions that can cause a hormonal imbalance (diet, weight, birth control, imbalance in pH levels, etc.). So I would advise you to visit your doctor and get the discharge analysed, along with a physical examination by your doctor of course.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
