Have Disc Diffuse Disease. Regularly Exercising. What Could The Problem Be?

Hi, Dr. i had neuro cardiogenic syncope before,nearly for 5 years.later it was diagonised has thyroidities,got cured after treatment.Now i have disc diffuse disease. i play golf twice in a week,three/four days walk on thread mill for an hour,and also swim occasionally.want know the reason why this disc problem is repeating every year?

Dear Srini,

Thanks for the query. Most of the time, these repetitive disc problems are a result of a previous injury with incomplete resolution of the inflammation; many times, a local steroid injection along with specific Physical Therapy can be advantageous.
