Have Chronic Pain With Nerve Damage, Right Throbbing Pain In Right Leg. Frequently Experience Black Vision

About 40 some minutes ago I experienced black vision while standing. Everytime I took a step the black got darker or I thought I was going to fall. It lasted a good 20 some minutes. This is not the only time that this has happened. I do have a right throbbing pain in my right leg. I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. I have chronic neck pain with nerve damage. Could this be a result of more nerve damage or some other underlying condition.
Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response

Yes, the pain may be due to damage/compression to the nerves coming out from spine as a result of car accident, However black out(dark vision) may be due to some other cause such as postural hypotention, transient ischemic attacks

If such patient visits me then i would give him Tab Asprin and send to a neurologist for physical examination
