Hello,
Your history suggests that it could be a urinary stone.
Many times a person develops urinary stones, which don't cause any problem for many weeks or years. This stone can then pass spontaneously of its own.
Stone causes severe pain while passing,as it happened to you.
Ideally you should get this black piece tested for the chemical composition.
Once proved that it is a urinary stone, you can be further investigated for presence of other stones in your urinary tract.
Such type of black stones are generally oxalate stones.
I hope it helps.
Thanks
