I have a headache, lower back pain , lump feeling in throat, fatigue , tender breasts and dizziness . My cycle is 22 days. I am now approximately 12 days DPO. I had unprotected sex all throughout my ovulation period as i am looking to conceive. I am gravida 1, para 0, elective abortion: 1. I just turned 43 yrs old. Could i be pregnant? When should I take a urine test?

Some of your symptoms might very well be related to pregnancy. Assuming you are 12 days DPO, it sounds like you are further along without a period than normal for you.
The earliest that a test will turn positive is about 2 weeks from when you had unprotected intercourse. So the latest that it will turn positive is going to be 2 weeks after the LAST episode of unprotected intercourse this cycle.
