Have A Black Line On My Fourchette. Wash Daily, Go To Gym Daily. Tried Qtip. Not Helping. Problem?

I noticed a black line on my fourchette, I don't know what it could be. I do wear black pants and black underwear a lot and don't know if they could've dyed that one part of my skin. I wash daily, and well as I go to the gym daily. I even used a qtip to try to clean inside the flap and nothing..... Should I be concerned
