Dear sir, PLZ SUGGEST.. My name is Subhash Sharma. I am suffering from coronary heart disease . I have suffered from two heart attacks for which I was admitted to hospital (twice) and each time my stayed in the hospital for more than seven days. my heart working is only 20%.... kindly let me know as soon as possible. You need to go for a Viability Scan, which will show if there is any living heart tissue (reversible myocardial damage) amenable to treatment.
In the meanwhile make sure that you have following medications.
1- Aspirin
2- Clopidogrel
3- Statins for lipid lowering (atorvastatin, simvastatin, rosuvastatin etc)
4- ACE inhibitor (like lisinopril, ramipril etc).
Join a cardiac rehabilitation programe for exercise, stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, control hypertension and diabetes and loose weight if obese.
