Has Heavy Period, Sickness, Bad Appetite. What Is Wrong?

My daughter is 10years old she started her periods 2/3 months ago she has had them twice since she started and they have been regular but she started her periods today 1 and a half weeks early and they r really heavy and both other times they have been light, but the last 5 days she has been hardly eating anything and complaining she feels sick when she eats could this be just to do with her periods.

Your daughter has attained puberty at little early age. She will have initial hor monal imbalance. She needs a gyenic checkup and advise. Ithink these are nor mal and she will be normal soon.
