Hard Mass On Bottom, Increasing Size, Painful, Bruised Color. Cyst Or Tumor?

I have a mass a little smaller than a hardball inside me on the lower cheek of my bottom. I have had it since April when I had what I thought was (no insurance-no doctor) an extremely bad internal hemorrhoid episode. It has increase in size and is painful. I have an appointment at a reduced cost clinic tomorrow. It is bruised in coloration. Cyst? Tumor? Mass from hemorrhoid event? If it is a cyst-do I have to have a nurse repack dressing daily or can I? Help!

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you might be suffering from furuncle.

It is a deep bacterial infection.

Take a course of antibiotics.

Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine.

Hot fomentation is also good,

It helps in accumulation of pus, which can be drained later.
