Had unprotected sex, red spots on penis head, itchy, burn. What could be the cause?
I have had sex with my girlfriend a few times now, and unprotected sex has been the way were doing it all the time, but last weekend for the first tine after having sex the next morning i found little red spots on my penile head, it does burn or itch , ive looked up on sights and it says it could be friction or irritation after having sex, it was quite rough sex we had that night and not a lot of lubrication was used! Is this the cause of my problen?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
developed Ballanitis an infection of the glans penis due to dry rough sex .
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medicine Diclofenac twice daily .
Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the genitals with warm water.and apply topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin.
Avoid sexual encounter till it heals up completely.
