Had Unprotected Sex. Red Spots On Foreskin. Serious?

Hi i am 17, i have only had sex once without a condom and my partner claimed she has no STD s, i am not circumcised so i still have my foreskin , and now my foreskin has multiple red spots around the tip. During sex my foreskin was pushed back because she was very tight and i was wondering if maybe this is just a rash from stretching or if it is more serious.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Not necessarily it may be due any STD.
It may likely to be due to tightness of your partner's vagina or due to lack of adequate lubrication in her vagina, some abrasions could have been caused over your foreskin during sex or it may be due to a mild yeast infection secondary to your partner's genitals.
If you could consult your physician he/she will help you in getting relieved.
It is a very simple problem. Nothing to worry.
