Hi. Within the past couple of days i have had a lot of sex with my boyfriend that i have not seen in a month and we used a vibrator. after reaching orgasm a couple times I went to the bathroom and urinated. towards the end of urinating sharp pains followed by blood appeared. Since I am supposed to get on my period tomorrow I didnt think much of it. the sharp pains and blood clots are still occurring and i frequently have to urinate about every fifteen minutes. I am on junel birth control and have regular periods every month lasting from 4-6 days. we did not use a condom during sex. Could you please help and tell me if it will go away on its own or if i need medical assistance.
