Had Thyroid Disease. On Synthroid. Missed Some Days. Took Script, Blood Works Is Low. Feel Less Energy, Neck, Back Pain. Suggestions?

I have had thyroid disease for about 25 years.I am 46 years old and take synthroid 150mcg for my hypothyriodism.I ran out of medicine and didnt take it for 4 days and before then i took it every other day or two because i did not have a dr to prescribe me more so i made it last as long as possibe.I went to the hospital 4 days ago and they gave me a script and i have been taking it every day since then but i still feel horribe.I had blood work done 2 m0nths ago and my numbers wetre extremely low.I still feel horrible,no energy, light headed,in a lot of pain, which i have fibromialga and neck and back pain but it is worse.I am also naucious. How long am i going to feel like this before i feel better?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Deficiency of thyroid is easily and completely correctable...
The dose has to be tailored to the individual... on the level f TSH / You need frequent measurements initially till stable; then occasionally

The symptoms may correct when the level gets corrected – say approximately 2 months..
If not, fibromyalgia is the major cause...
Discuss with your doctor

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
