Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Even after taking ovulation induction drugs some women may not conceive.
This may be because of insufficient dosage of drug to induce ovulation.
Sometimes the ovulation may not occur on expected dates.
Ovum may release but may not come out from the follicle. Called as lutenizing unruptured follicle.
And also some structural abnormalities of the uterus may lead to difficult implantation.

So, consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound.
Then take ovulation induction drugs in next month with your doctor's advice.
Track the ovulation either by kit or preferably by follicular study.
Then plan unprotected intercourse around the period of ovulation.
This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
Take care.
