Had Mild Heart Attack. Done Echocardio, Mild Pulmonary Hypertension, Circumferential Effusion. What Does This Show?

After a mild Heart attack my 2D Echo reads as follows :

Mildly depressed LV Systolic Function . LVEF - 40 to 45 %
Grade 1 LV Diastolic Dy Function
Trivial MR , TR & AR
Mild Pulmonary Hypertension
PASP - 35 Mg Hg
Mild Circumferential Effusion (10 MM Posterioty )5 mm Arteriorly)
Mild Pericardial effusion
LV Mild and Basal Inferrior wall and Inferior spectrom in Hypokinetic

What does it mean

Hi this mean that the heart atack is complicated with heart failure and pericardial efusion (epistenocardiac pericarditis).
