Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

Is there any difficulty in moving the left hip. Is it getting 'locked' when you try to move the limb. Any pain on moving the left limb. If there is fever, pain, redness or increased warmth at the site on the surgery it could be an infection. If not, it could be mild discomfort due to the prosthesis which needs to be looked into by your Doctor. It would be best to report back to your Doctor and get a checkup to rule out any complication of the joint surgery.

I hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
