Had Hemorrhoidectomy Surgery. Still Having Pain And Blood When Having A Bowel Movement. Taking Pain Killers

I had hemorrhoidectomy surgery 20days ago, but I m still experiencing pain and blood when I have a BM and a string is hanging out of my rectum . When I touch it. it feels like it s attached to something inside of my rectum. I m taking pain pills, ibprofen and stool softners. I also take a warm bath 3 times a day. What can I do to make this healing process better.

Plenty of water, life style modification, fibre diet, Habbe Muqil 2 piils at bed time along with luke arm water, jawarish kamooni + jawarish shahi 6-6 gm twice daily after meal for one month. hope all problems will dissolve.
