Had Feces Odor During Menstruation. No Itching And Pin. Underlying Cause?

I have noticed an odor over the last couple months during menstration ( and only during my period, and then 24-48 hours after) that smells like feces or the after smell of passing gas. It does nt happen consecutively with every period, more like every other. No itching or pain. It is very strong and I was wondering if its a smell that is being secreted by my glands also because it is very strong. I take great measures to ensure I block the smell during these times. I am a very clean woman and have only one partner, my husband. This has only just begun in the last 5 months and does not happen every month and I never smell it any other time except during an occasional menstrual cycle. What is causing this?

Hi,
From history it seems that this problem might be due to local condition of genital part during period.
During period hygiene is not maintained properly even we try it best.
There might be dumpy, wet condition due to bleeding.
Keep local hygiene clean, healthy, dry and airy.
Change sanitary pad frequently and wash local part with warm water with changing pad.
Ok and take care.
