Yesterday I ended up in the ER by ambulance with chest pain I have been tachy and had palpitations over the last several weeks I decreased the cytomel myself but I am getting no relief and cannot get my own doctor to even call me back or get appointment I am scared there is something really wrong with me. If anyone can help please do my email is YYYY@YYYY . The ER did check my TSH and said it was low they didn t give me the oppurtunity to ask level, last blood work was triiodothronine serum free 2.9

Hi, you do need urgent consultation for control of blood glucose as well as evaluation of your current thyroid status. Please mention your lab values including cut off for thyroid function tests as this vary from lab to lab.Thyroid disease , can you mention the dose of cytomel ? here the problems are eithrt due to higher dose of cytomel or it is due to relapse of Graves'. Also you may need insulin to control blood glucose since you have very significant complication of high blood glucose , ie diabetic ketoacidosis that needs urgent treatment. Please check your hemoglobin since you have B12 deficiency that can aggravate your current symptoms.
