HI my name is Deni , I'm 55 yrs.young and have been ill.. I was told I could use my nebulizer as a mister to help open me up ...instead of a steam pot. I have Takayasau's atherosclerosis/arteriosclerosis, Sarcoids, and end stage COPD, I haven't been able to sleep due to my breathing difficulties, sinus pressure, and leg cramping along with my body jumping and twitching on its own, and urinating constantly..it seems all I am doing is drinking and peeing ?? It is driving me crazy...I'm exhausted and can't breathe properly ...the medication helps for a bit but no go... I have found that when I am in the shower or taking a bath... I am opened up and able to breathe ...can I use my nebulizer as a mist to help open me up so that I may breathe better? I am also on O2 2.5 -3.5 ...I feel horrible and I just want to be able to rest.
