Your symptoms suggest Trigeminal neuralgia which means a pain radiating through the branches of trigeminal nerve ,the main nerve of the face carrying sensations,ie.,touch pain etc to your brain which interprets these and makes you feel them and react to them.If this persists after treatment it is better to do a CT scan of brain for there may be some pathology there, rarely.Even after treatment it may come now and then.No definite cause has been found unless CT reveals something.Hencetreatment is symptom based. Please take TEGRETAL 200 3 TIMES DAILY if u are an adult and once better reduce dose to twice a day or once as minimum as required to free you of the pain.As i said if not much relief please get a CT of brain done.
