Got A Punch To The Solar Plexus, Now It Is Paining. Hoe To Get Rid Of This?

Hi, A few hours ago I recived a punch to the solar plexus when I wasn t ready for it. In other words I had no time what so ever to react and tens my muscles. About one hour ago I started feeling pain in the solar plexus area. It sort of feels like I have consumed glass. Could I have hurt any sensetive organs or will the pain just fade away soon?

Hi,
This may be muscle pain that will settle. However, there is a possibility that you have suffered some bruising to your kidneys. Therefore, I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen for the pain. If you feel no better in 24 hours, I suggest you go to the ED. You may need a scan to exclude kidney damage.
