Getting Sharp, Throbbing Pains In Chest. Suggestions

I've been getting sharp, throbbing pains in the right side of my chest for the past few weeks, almost every night when I lay down to go to bed. They usually last around 2 minutes and are insync with my heart beat. It doesn't feel like my heart, but it's around that general area. I'mVERY obese, and live an inactive lifestyle. I eat a fairly high-fat diet and rarely consume fruits or vegetables. The only supplement I take is fish oil. Approx. 6,000mg per day to reduce inflammation in my joints.
