GERD. Vomiting, Discomfort, Cough. What Is Going On?

my son (nearly 3 years old) who is dx with GERD woke up today at 6am vomiting saliva with some food in it. Since then (its now 3.5 hours later) he is still vomiting saliva every 10 mins. and very uncomfortable, coughing a lot. Only will take a few sips of drink. DID get his prevacid in him (solutab, not sure if it came back up). Any advice?

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
Your son aged 3 yrs of G.E.R.D. vomited saliva with some food in it.. since then he is vomiting saliva every 10 minutes, uncomfertable and coughing a lot. Taking few sips only.
you need not worry about the G.E.R.D. though there is possibility, but it is very less. It may be due to some infection, in the stomach or indigestion.
i advise you to consult a pediatric specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
