Frequent Cough And Cold, IGE Estimation Through Chemiluminescence Showed Elevated Count. Allergy Test Required?

My Daughter is 7yrs old. we recently got IGE test done. Her count is 200 UI /ML and expected values as per pathology Lab expected values should be between 1.00 to 24.00. They did IGE estimation by Chemiluminence. Does this mean that my Daughter is allergic to something. Should i get Allergy test done (Food & Respiratory). Last year she got ill 4 times. Illness was fever & cough & cold. Please suggest. I stay in place where humidity is as high at 90%. Please suggest

Increased IgE level suggests,your daughter is allergic to ,something,you have to find out ,and skin allergy test is advised
