For the past 10 years, I have developed a rash, hard little bumps, on my left arm only, near the elbow. It usually lasts about 3 weeks, usually in October/November and nothing I have tried helps. Doctors have told me it's "dermatitis", but don't know what from. It is so itchy at times I can't sleep. Years ago I was bitten by a spider and ever since I have had this flare up, only in the Fall and only once a year. Crazy.
