Fibromyalgia, fatigue, sore throat, weak limbs, joint stiffness. Is it serious?

I have fibromyalgia and ? for RA as labwork has not indicated elevated factor. My symptoms are getting worse, ( fatigue , sore throat pain, weakness of limbs) and now I have along with joint stiffness I ve developed a feeling of glass or needles under the skin of my left ankle bone... could this be something more serious? my family history-(parents) includes diabetes, gout , anemia, leukemia

The symptoms that you have described are due to fibroyalgia itself. Rest and hot fomentation with mild pain killers will help in bringing relief.
