Fever, Breathlessness After Walking Short Distance. Done Chest X-ray, Blood Test, KFT And LFT

patient is a women of 66 yrs, had on and off fever for two months after 6-7 days. complains of breathlessness if walks for short distances eg 500 mtrs. please advise after viewing test reports. need some expert guidance here. x-ray chest p.a. view bilateral lungs show prominent bronchovascular markings cardiac silhoutte , bilateral hila , domes of diaphragm appear normal with bones and tissues x-ray ls spine ap/lat view verebral bodies show osteopenia and osteophytes aortic wall calcification rest is normal rest appears normal x-ray chest p.a. view bilateral lungs show prominent bronchovascular markings rest cardiac silhoutte,bilatral hila, domes of diaphragm and costophrenic angles and bone and soft tissues appear normal kidney function test urea 9.32 mg/dl serum creatinin 0.52 mg/dl serum uric acid 2066 mg/dl alkaline phosphatase 175.55 units/1 sodium 145 mEQ/L potassium 3.3 mEQ/L chloride 101 mEQ/L serum calcium ionised 1018 mmol/L phosphorus (PO4) 3.665 mg/dl total protiens 7.61 gm/dl serum albumin 3.07 gm/dl globulin 4.54 gm/dl liver function test bilirubin (total) 1.855 mg/dl bilirubin (direct ) 1016 1.855 mg/dl bilirubin ( indirect)0.7 mg/dl S.G.O.T. 56.12 units/1 S.G.P.T. 4.84 units/1 G.G.T. 50.7 units/1 alkaline phosphatase 175.55 units/1 total protiens 7.61 gm/dl serum albumin 3.07 gm/dl globulin 4.54 gm/dl a/g ratio .68 E.S.R westergens 6O MM/1st hour complete blood count haemoglobin 11.6 gm total leucocyte count 4600 /cumm different leucocyte count (dlc) neutrophils 50 % lymphocytes 36 eosinophils 10 monocytes 4 r.b.c. count 3.67 mill/cumm packed cell volume 35.10 5 MCV 95.64 FL MCH 31.61 PG MCHC 33.05 GM% PLATELET COUNT .48 LACS/CUMM urine investigation shows infection
