What Causes Fever And Diarrhea With Some Nausea Before Diarrhea?

Fever and diarrhea with some nausea before diarrhea 33 hours ago, haven t been able to pass stool since. Now only symptoms are periodic mild abdominal discomfort and pressure (not sharp pain). I can also hear rumbling in stomach/abdominal region occasionally. All I ve eaten since 40 hours ago is a bowl of chicken noodle soup, don t feel that hungry. 38-45 hours ago had some japanese bbq for lunch and a risotto for dinner. Do I have intestinal blockage?

Hi,

It is difficult to determine whether you have an intestinal blockage based solely on the symptoms you described. However, it is possible that you may be experiencing some gastrointestinal issues, such as gastroenteritis or a viral infection. It is also possible that your symptoms are related to something you ate, such as food poisoning.

If you haven't been able to pass stool for more than 33 hours, it may be a sign of constipation. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as dehydration or a lack of fiber in your diet. However, if your symptoms worsen or you experience severe pain, you should seek medical attention immediately. It's important to drink plenty of fluids and rest to allow your body to recover. If your symptoms persist or worsen, you should consult a healthcare provider for an evaluation and treatment plan.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
