Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
Its nice to know that you are lucky to survive a fall from 28 feet ladder.
I suggest you see a doctor urgently if you haven't seen one, an orthopedic surgeon.
1. Concerning left thigh and knee: there are few movement tests to be done to see the functionality of your limb. Initial X rays will show up any fracture. There are soft tissues in the space between bones at the knee joint. Those must also be checked by clinical examination. The purple discoloration of knee might be due to blood clotting in the joint (hemarthrosis). If confirmed, it has to be treated by aspiration or if small, conservatively.

2. Coming to the right shoulder and arm: X rays may be required to see for any fracture or dislocation. Range of movements will have to be evaluated. Treatment is as per clinical findings.

Pain relievers need to be given if you are in pain.

Hope this helps
