Fell After Waking Up From Bed. Head Hurt After Hitting The Wall, Vomitting. Reason?

Hi I am 21 and I just got out of bed and fell and hit my head against the wall, about 15mins after I started vomiting until I couldn't be sick any more, my left eye is swelling up and this started immediately. I live on my own and suffer from anxiaty so am getting very worried because I'm still feeling really sick, weak and my head is hurting. What shall I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Please consult your doctor immediately. The swelling of the eye, vomitting & sick feeling after the hit on head may sometimes turn as an emergency & needs a detailed examination & observation for 24 hours.
You can apply ice pack to the swelling.
Instead of being tense & careless, it’s good to be careful.
Thanks.
