Feet Slipping, Lower Back Pain, Left Side Sore, Applied Ice

Yesterday during a game training for kids, I was supposed to go in the pushup position quickly & my feet slipped causing me to hit the ground hard on my stomach . My lower back hurt for about 5-10 minutes. Today the left side is extremely sore. I ve been icing, is there anything else I should do. I m a 29yr old female & avid crossfitter.
