Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Yes, indeed / as soon as possible
Recurrent block of blood vessel, heart failure, arrhythmia and so on – any one may be responsible
You need examination and a few investigations…
The treating doctor can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
