Feel Tired, Lightness In The Head. CT Scan, Echo Shows Slight Hypertension. Cure For Symptoms?

Helo doctor mostly i feel tired and a.lightness in my head.it is increasing as i walks as i feel i will.lose my balance.i went to hospital they took my braiin CT scan,heart echo,holter all they found is that i have slight hypertension.they gave me concor AM 2.5 tablet. My average heartbeat detected in 24 hrs was 61.two days before i tested my lipid profile in which triglicarades was 300 and hdl was 30 and from two days i am taking fenofibrate tablet for this.stll my problem of laziness and uneasyness in walking exist creates me so tension.i am 36 years old and i am a layer .please send me the answer

Thanks for your query.
1. There are so many causes for tiredness, laziness, uneasiness and lightheadedness. The work-up for these symptoms depend upon the detailed history and physical examination. Even some degree of uncontrolled hypertension may be the cause.
2. I sincerely feel that you should re-consult your physician regarding fenofibrate therapy for a triglyceride level of ~300mg%. Mostly this much of level of TG warrants life style modification only.
Get yourself examined and proceed accordingly.
