Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You need to be investigated for Coronary Artery Disease. Treadmill Exercise ECG (TMT / may be with thallium isotope) is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia
Palpitation needs to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (EKG). Standard ECG records the electrical activity of the heart, for a few seconds. It can detect the arrhythmia occurring during that time only. If the episode occurs randomly, one needs Holter or event monitor.
Lab tests like VMA, electrolytes and vitamin levels may give clues
Psychological assessment may help - both to assess and assist...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
