actually I am suffering from some vaginal problem....I constantly feel like I have to urinate again and again, after applying some pressure only few drops come out ....I am having a lot of itching in my vaginal opening area ...its more on inner side and I guess their is a red blood clot also ....dere is no pain but I am suffering from itching,burning sensation and constant feeling of urinating again and again please do help me out doctor I have been suffering this from past one week .....I thought I would be ok in some days but it didn't happen so .....kindly help me out and reply at your earliest.....

Hello dear increase urge to urinate but only few drops come is typical sign of urinary tract nfection,,,,you needsome life style modification and some medicines,,,,use clean undergarments ,,wash your area regularly ,,,,use good quality pads,,,medicines take capsule ciprifloxacin 500 two times a day with citralka syrup two table spoon thre times aday,,,take plenty ofwater,,,your sceond problem is itch in vagina it may or nay not be associated with uti so consult gyanecologist ,,mstay blessed
