Fatigue, Muscle Pain, Struggling To Straighten Legs. Was In Coma With Swine Flu

Hi i was in a 5 month coma with swine flu and phnumpnia a few years ago and I find my self having fatigue problems and muscular pain to the point I m laid on my bed struggling to straighten my legs even though i walk to Grimsby from cleethorpes the pain is in my legs accross my lower back and my shoulders what would your advise be
