Fainted Due To Weakness From Stomach Bug And Diarrhea. Feeling Of A Lump In Throat. Should I Visit Emergency?

I had the stomach bug and diarrhea for three days and I just fainted. I have been still sick all day and I have felt a huge lump in my throat since I was sick. I m not sure what to do because I think that the fainting was from having so much diarrhea, but I can t drink water because I will throw up. Do you think it is ok for me to stay home or should I go to the Emergency room. I feel like I m going to pass out again and I am not sure if I can just sleep it off or If I need to go to the Emergency room. Also what is the lump from, It feels like a golf ball is in my throat 24/7. Thank you.

Fainting following several bouts of diarrhea could be due to low blood pressure as result of flluid and electrolyte loss causing hypotension. Since you are also throwing up, You need immediate medical attention. You need to go to ER. You require intravenous fluids.
The lump in the throat could be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease.
