Eyes Sore, Throbbing Pain In Head While Moving After Waking Up Multiple Times At Night

Hi, last night i woke up multiple times and i felt very sore around both my eyes, this morning and now, whenever I get up or come up after bending down or move my head too fast, I get this throbbing in my head, and it aches slightly when sitting, is this just normal effects of a headache?

Hi. The symptoms that you describe seem to suggest that the cause of your headache could be sinusitis. You can try steam inhalation twice a day for 2-3 days with a short course of anti-inflammatory drugs. If you are not relieved, then you need to get an X-Ray of the nose and the adjoining sinuses and consult an ENT specialist.
