Explanation To Consistent Immature Gran @ 0.5% And BUN/CRE Levels @ 31 In Blood Work

EFemale,age,61,bloodwork results indicate consistent immature gran @ 0.5%....also my BUN/CRE levels @ 31. My A1c @ 6.1. I had TKR done on 10/22/2012. My iron levels & vitamin D are low & I take both by tab & capsules daily. What is your impression if any....of any early signs of disease pathology.....thank you, DBH.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of immature granulocyte as low as 0.5 % is not of much consequence.
You need not worry for the granulocyte counts at this stage.
The level of HbA1c is slightly raised, You need to take your hypoglycemic drug well in time and dosage.
There is slight increase in level of BUN/CRE ratio of 31 is beyond the normal range.
You need to take up complete renal function test since to specify pathology in the system.
