Explain Missed Period And Negative Urine And Blood Tests

Hi i missed my periods its almost 20 days very next day i did test on strip that was positive for four times on 5th day blood test negative and on 20th day now urine negative in ultrasound tiny sac like structure seen measuring 7.7 mm on 20th day..y both tests are negative?

dear .it is true that ur pregnancy test was positive prior and now it is negative. in my opinion there may be possibility of embyo has not grown or sac was empty means blighted ovum so that has shrinken.so HCG level has become low so ur upt is showing negative results

It can be negative due to early pregnancy or missed abortion. Please repeat a sonography after 1 week.
