Hi...ok whenever i use my abs a certain way a sharp pain happens causes me to stop any movement and i see a ball in the middle of my chest arise an tightens whenever i inhale or exhale i have to physically move the lump to the right side of my rib cage an causes a pain for a bit. Can you tell me what this could be

It is just a musculoskeletal pain and will settle by itself. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
